Grampa At The Fair

Here is a qoute from "The Fryeburg Fair The First 100 Years"
"I have a number of people who come back every year, and a few who demonstrate. I have a man who makes paddles, Jeff Peterson, who has been here every year since we started in 1990. I have a wonderful person from Bethel, whose name is Bob Keniston, who worked for Diamond National his whole working career, and is a terrific wood expert. He can talk grades and strengths and things to people, and he is mobbed all the time for information. In 1999 his space was judged the 'display with the most spectator interest'.

My Grampa has been working at the Fair for a number of years showing off his incredible talent with wood turning. We are always so excited to see him and Gramma working the crowd and selling his art. We hope to be there to see them on Columbus day at the fair.
